As a self-funded adventure everything had to be accounted and budgeted for, From fuel for the bikes to the extra rations of meat Dave insists on eating! (Please understand that Dave is grumpy as soon as he becomes hungry, Hence the large food budget!)
Our Budget is planned at $30 a day each, which will prbably mean something like $20 per day for Jana and $40 per day for Dave.
180 Days X $30 Each = $5400 Each
We are planning to Camp on average every other night, reducing accomodation costs, and $30 per night each for when we do find somewhere to stay.
90 Nights X $30 = $2700 Each
Food - $5400
Accom - $2700
Fuel - $4000
= $12,100 (or £7,480) EACH

Ok so BMW F800GS bikes we are looking at have a capacity of 16l Including the 4l reserve, So we will carry each a 2.5l Auxilary tank giving a range of approx 300km per full tank.
Total Distance of 30,000km / 300km Per tank
= 100 full tanks
Average Fuel price of $1.5 per Litre
(With Turkey being the most exensive at $2.66 and Kazakhstan being around $1)
18.5 Litres X 100 full Tanks = $2770 Each
